Air Supply Brings Their 80's Ballads to The Ridgefield Playhouse

Ridgefield, CT, July 06, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Air Supply’s songs, “Lost in Love,” “All Out of Love,” “The One that You Love,” “Sweet Dreams” and “Making Love Out of Nothing at All” all achieved multi-million plays on the radio. Now Air Supply, with original members Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock, is coming to The Ridgefield Playhouse for Movies and The Performing Arts on Saturday, July 14 at 8 p.m. Graham Russell, who has released a new album, will additionally open the show with a solo acoustic performance. Star 99.9 FM is the media sponsor.

In the late 80s, with their music continually being heard, Air Supply began to tour in places that no one had been before with lavish productions. In South America and Asia, they became a part of everyone’s life. In 1989, they recorded “The Earth Is” album selling over a million copies outside of the US. This album was followed by “The Vanishing Race” and the singles “Goodbye,” and “It’s Never Too Late,” which again saw multi-platinum success.
