Susan Wingate Goes ePublishing with Her Latest Mystery Novel, "Of The Law" (Sixteen Cat Tails Publishing, $21.95), with eBookMall.com

San Francisco, CA, July 12, 2007 --(PR.com)-- "After months of contemplating today's [publishing] market, I just felt the time was right to release Of the Law in digital format." Says Susan Wingate about Of the Law.

Susan explains her plans for her latest release and debut mystery novel, Of the Law, which will soon be available through eBookMall.com.

"With the new technology, reading an ebook is no longer something a person must do at a desk. Mystery lovers can now read a book on a train or plane - it's really so simple now. It was a matter of me realizing the broad market base Of the Law could reach by publishing the book digitally."

Award-winning author, Susan Wingate, writes novels, plays, essays, and poetry. She lives in Washington State with her husband, Bob, and Robert (their dog). They live on five acres in the country and she writes full-time. Susan teaches writing classes around the country and online through her website.

"My father wrote these freaky safari stories that were imbued with sexual tension set in the jungle. He graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in English. That's where I went to school also. People often ask me 'what inspires me to write,' and I have to say, other writers, but, especially, my father. He was so talented."

Of the Law (released this May) is a mystery set on a small fictional isle in North Puget Sound, called Dahl Island. Dreary days are the backdrop for this dark tale of deceit, adultery, bribery and murder - a couple of them.

What Others Are Saying About "Of the Law" by Susan Wingate:
