Around the Bend, Smith's sophomore album is a mix of storytelling and sonic experimentation. A follow-up to his debut Another Way to get to Heaven, the title track captures organic instrumentation and deeply personal lyrics that he is known for. While songs like "Something Beautiful" and "Sky Under My Skin" explore more surreal and worldly sounds. "This album is really about a turning point," Smith says.
