Arizona's Arrowhead Grill Cooks Up Thanksgiving Dinner

Glendale, AZ, October 21, 2012 --(PR.com)-- This Thanksgiving Day friends and families can experience a gourmet feast without the work at Arrowhead Grill. The four-course Thanksgiving dinner will include a traditional menu with stylish twists and gourmet delights that will make everyone sit up and take notice.

Reservations are required for Thanksgiving dinner and are expected to go quickly. The cost is $49.99 per person for the prix fixe meal and the choices are varied and vibrant. Thanksgiving Day dinner will be served from noon until 7 p.m. on Nov. 22.

Chef Charles Wade Schwerd’s Thanksgiving dinner begins with a choice of lamb chop fondue, two lamb chops grilled to preference and served with Black Mesa Ranch goat cheese and rosemary fondue or pork wings fried crispy golden brown and served with spicy Asian barbecue sauce. The second course is a choice of butternut squash soup, an iceberg wedge, Caesar salad or spinach salad.

Thanksgiving entrees include a serving of 12-ounce portion of tender turkey breast or turducken, a 12-ounce portion of turkey breast stuffed with duck and chicken breast, each served with a prosciutto and fennel cornbread stuffing and homemade cranberry sauce.

Not in the mood for turkey? Arrowhead Grill is also serving five gourmet favorites: an 8-ounce signature Delmonico steak, an 8-ounce filet, a 10-ounce prime rib, Atlantic salmon or sea bass.

Thanksgiving Day sides include a choice of traditional favorites like maple mashed sweet potatoes, creamed corn, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, cheese grits, sautéed green beans, scalloped cheese potatoes or steamed broccoli.

A delightful medley of choices are offered for dessert including including pumpkin cheesecake with marshmallow topping, sweet potato pie garnished with maple whipped cream, flourless chocolate cake served with crème anglaise and raspberries or butter cake topped with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
