Rob Weber, Paul Foster Join Addison Homes

Rob Weber and Paul Foster have joined Addison Homes, an Upstate South Carolina company that builds 100% of its homes to eco-friendly standards.

Greenville, SC, October 25, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Addison Homes is pleased to announce the addition of two employees as the builder enjoys increasing demand for its healthy, high-performance homes.

Rob Weber has joined Addison Homes as Production Manager. He oversees construction of the company’s EarthCraft House™, ENERGY STAR® and Challenge Home certified properties, focusing on schedule, budget, contractors, materials and site management to ensure best-practice procedures are implemented from start to finish.

A graduate of High Point University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Ohio Northern, where he studied electrical engineering and secondary education, Weber owns Stabilis Site Management and previously worked as senior director of development at Cliffs Communities. He is a CEPSCI - DHEC Erosion Prevention & Sediment Control Inspector and is OSHA certified.

Weber is active in the community, sitting on various architectural review boards, serving as athletics director/coach at St. James Episcopal Church and volunteering as a SAIL official.

Paul Foster is the new Estimating and Design Manager at Addison Homes. He prepares budgetary and contract estimates for new home projects while also providing drafting and design services.

Foster earned an associate’s degree in engineering technology from Greenville Technical College, where he focused on geomatics technology with studies in architecture, advanced GIS, and land surveying. He previously served as engineering/surveying manager for Cliffs Communities and has 25 years of house plan design/drafting experience. He is a CEPSCI - DHEC Certified Erosion Control Inspector.

Foster is an active member of Georges Creek Baptist Church, where he serves on various committees.
