Newport Beach, CA, October 25, 2012 --(PR.com)-- After six years of research and planning, the momentum is building for the Medi + Sphere Development, Inc./ima development team to take part in heart and vascular hospital development projects and the retirement community development opportunities in Rushan and Nantong.

In Hong Kong, Governor Jiang Daming of Shandong met with the MSDI team and witnessed the document signing with Mayor Sui of Rushan City. The MSDI Development Team formally signed an agreement with Rushan City, in the Shandong Province, China, to build, outfit and manage a comprehensive Heart and Vascular Hospital. This facility will serve the City of Rushan as well as four main cities located on the Shandong Peninsula: Weifang, Yantai, Qingdao, and Weihai. The Shandong Province is the largest province of China with a population of over 95 million people. The hospital will be named the Shandong MSDI International Heart and Vascular Hospital (SMIHVH).

In addition to the 246mu of land reserved for the heart and vascular hospital, the City of Rushan has reserved a 2000mu (333 acre) parcel of land for the retirement community located three kilometers from the Heart and Vascular Hospital site.
