AXIGEN Closes New Partnership in the U.S.

Bucharest, Romania, July 19, 2007 --(PR.com)-- AXIGEN, the professional mail server vendor, announced today it has finalized yet another partnership agreement with the U.S. based Alliance Daemon Computer Consulting company.

Based in Canton, Ohio, Alliance Daemon has an extensive expertise in providing a wide variety of IT solutions and network monitoring packages designed to provide an affordable way for small to mid size businesses. Alliance Daemon solutions are meant to help manage and maintain networks that feature high availability, performance, and security.

"By far AXIGEN is one of the easiest, most stable and secure mail servers available on the market today. I have also suggested it to numerous customers that want a reliable alternative that’s easy to administer and manage compared to their Linux Sendmail and Qmail servers," said Brian Huff, Alliance Daemon CEO.

"Through this valuable partnership in the US, we once again prove our determination to focus on expanding our business relationships and our worldwide distribution network. In the first half of 2007 alone, our partner network has been increased by 70 percent. We are confident that Alliance Daemon will help us consolidate AXIGEN Mail Server awareness within the US business environment," concluded Oana Bornaz, AXIGEN CEO.

Based on a multiplatform architecture, the AXIGEN Mail Server, now at version 4.0.1, runs on several Linux and BSD distributions, on Solaris and PowerPC and signed technology partnerships with Sun Microsystems, RedHat, IBM and Avira.

The AXIGEN Mail Server has recently won the ServerWatch 2007 Product Excellence Award for the Communications Server category, after having competed with four other messaging solutions – Zimbra, CommuniGate, Merak and Lotus.
