Rockwell’s American Grill to Host Thanksgiving Buffet on Nov. 22

Local Cary Restaurant Cooks Up Classic Thanksgiving Comfort with Traditional Dishes, Southern Holiday Flair.

Raleigh, NC, November 03, 2012 --( Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality (, has announced that on Thursday, Nov. 22, Rockwell’s American Grill will be serving a Thanksgiving buffet of traditional Southern classics from noon to 6 p.m. The cornucopia of culinary choices will include turkey, ham and roast beef carving stations, as well as a range of Rockwell’s American Grill’s signature comfort foods – shrimp and grits, turkey pot pie and pimento mac and cheese, to name a few. Additionally, the restaurant will serve a large selection of freshly baked holiday desserts. The buffet, which is by reservation only, is offered at $29.99 for adults and $12.99 for children under 10 years old.
