Rich Trucking & Logistics launches Get Back To Work program for felons and ex-cons. The second chance program offered by the company's CEO, Meca Rich, aims to provide a source of work for inner city communities across the nation.

RTL is selective on who they train and approve to work as an authorized agent for the company. Each felon that is accepted into the program is screened, interviewed, and evaluated on an individual basis.
