William Peace University to Participate in Raleigh Christmas Parade

Four-Year Baccalaureate University Joins 2012 WRAL Raleigh Christmas Parade with School Float, Cheerleaders and Peace Singers.

Raleigh, NC, November 17, 2012 --(PR.com)-- William Peace University (http://www.peace.edu), a private four-year university located in downtown Raleigh, has announced its participation in the 2012 WRAL Raleigh Christmas Parade, which will be held on Saturday, Nov. 17 beginning at 9:40 a.m. and lasting until noon. The university will have a school float riding in this year’s parade alongside university cheerleaders and performances by the Peace Singers. An annual holiday event, the Raleigh Christmas parade will begin on Hillsborough Street near St. Mary’s School, proceed eastward to the State Capitol and conclude on Lenoir Street. The parade is expected to last for approximately two and a half hours and will be televised live over WRAL-TV and UNC-TV. It will rebroadcast on Christmas morning, Tuesday, Dec. 25.
