Viewer:
Tim Wright and AB Johnson present their audio visual collaboration and compelling brand of anti-pop. Viewer's live sound is powerful and accessible, combining A.B's acerbic social commentary with Tim's vintage synth driven music and kinetic computer art.

Rich Clark:
When Rich plays at Freakin, the floor is always full, the other lads love watching the crowd when he's on. The groove is hardwired into his brain. It doesn't matter where you stick him - behind the decks at a flash club in L.A., or in a muddy field - he has done the same job for years. Since its inception back in ’96 the central Freakin vibe has never altered and Rich continues to throw down the hottest house.

Nigel Naylor:
A regular contributor to York’s You Set The Scene Nights – an underground collective who spin 1960’s and 60’s influenced pop, psych, garage rock, girl groups, rock n roll, R&B, soul, punk, indie, cool new stuff and a whole lot more.

Tim Wright has been releasing his inimitable brand of electronic music since the early 1990s. He has attracted the support of some of the key labels in the field with releases on Mute, Tresor, Soul Jazz and PIAS among others. He has remixed artists as diverse as Goldfrapp, Scorn and Laurent Garnier. His recent album, The Sick Rose, with chanteuse Monika Naceva was nominated for a Czech Grammy in 2010.

AB Johnson - the writer, singer and lyricist has fronted a number of bands since the mid 1990s and played extensively throughout the UK. Johnson delivers kinetic live performances, snarling with a voice reminiscent of Lou Reed's junkie punk drawl.

Toastie Taylor - a founding member of the seminal hip hop act New Flesh (Big Dada), Toastie has collaborated with artists such as BT, Evil Nine, Adam Freeland, DJ Vadim, Si Begg and Roots Manuva. His vocal blend of soca, reggae and dancefloor both contrast and compliments Johnson's lyrical delivery.
