)-- Paragon Commercial Bank (http://www.paragoncommercial.com), North Carolina’s first business-only bank, has announced that the company was named one of Charlotte’s “Best Places To Work” by Charlotte Business Journal in the small business category. The Best Places To Work program recognizes outstanding companies whose benefits, policies and practices are among the best in the region. Winners were selected based on the results from an employee survey process conducted by Quantum Market Research. Once nominated, a company needed to meet a threshold in employee participation, a percentage that varies based upon the size of the company, to be eligible for the award. All award recipients were honored during the Nov. 9 awards luncheon at the Charlotte Convention Center.
