Rembrandt Hotel Hosted the Grand Opening of the New Señor Pico

Bangkok, Thailand, December 22, 2012 --(PR.com)-- A truly Mexican dining attraction, Señor Pico, was officially unveiled to the public with a Grand Re-opening Celebration on Friday December 14th.

All guests were welcomed with a Señor Pico signature drink including Sangria and Margaritas and the freshly made Guacamole with tortillas chips.

Starting the evening was a salsa dance performance coming down the stairs of the main lobby followed by a cameo appearance of the New “Señor Pico” who invited all guests up to the restaurant.

The event was highlighted with an exquisite selection of Mexican treats such as Beef and chicken Tacos, fresh Guacamole, quesadillas, salsas, enchiladas, lobster burritos, churros, and signature cocktails, beer and tequila sponsored by Italiasia. Guests also enjoyed live entertainment with an upgraded and state of the art light and sound system, upsized dance floor, and updated menu making Señor Pico the place to be for modern Mexican food in Bangkok.

Señor Pico also debuts its new bar offering a selection of signature, classic and contemporary cocktails including Mojito, Piña Colada, Cosmopolitan, 50 choices of exotic tequilas as well as a selection of international beverages formulated specifically for Señor Pico.

Jamie Miller, Rembrandt Hotel’s Hotel Manager, began the party by delivering a welcome speech to all of the honored guests and introduced new Chef Fernando Reyes Barba from Mexico. This was followed by a ribbon cutting ceremony by Mr. Suphat Sivasiamphai, Rembrandt’s Managing director, Rembrandt’s GM Eric Hallin, and H.E. Mr. Victor Danial Ramirez Pena the Cuban ambassador to Thailand.

Costing in excess of 30 million THB, the new Señor Pico has upgraded its design and brought in new conceptual ideas from some of the industry’s greatest minds.

Señor Pico has been completely renovated and expanded with an interactive and modern concept offering an intimate atmosphere combined with caring service that will allow diners to sample a variety of creative food as a light snack or entire meal.

In attendance of this fun party were honored guests including H.E.
