“Yes, we have just added new technicians and customer service personnel because we want to make sure we are ready for 2013. This holiday season, we always experience a surge in service calls so we had to be ready for that also,” Ashaka said.
He added that Alpha 4 Real AC and Heating Service had a banner 2012 but expects 2013 to be even better.
“We had a wonderful year and we expect the New Year to be even better. In 2012 we won an award from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for excellent customer service and we are thankful for that. We hope to repeat that feat in 2013,” Ashaka continued.
The Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Houston area awarded Alpha 4 Real AC and Heating with the 2012 Excellence in Customer Service Award.
Ashaka said the BBB award catapulted his company to a new level and increased the number of service calls by almost 20%.
“After the award, we saw our call rates jump. We also started our in-house financing of new air conditioning installation and repairs and that helped a lot too. We are hoping to top that in the coming year,” Ashaka added.
