)-- Nicole Rivera founder of Max P. Productions and author of the children’s book “Max, the Shelter Dog” has published her latest book titled “Willamena the Rescue Mouse.”
“Willamena is such a delight. I never knew I would fall in love with a mouse,” says Nicole.
Max P. Productions was formed by Nicole Rivera in early 2011. The company is dedicated to teaching children humane education through a line of books featuring the character Max. “Most of the books that we write have an underlying message of animal compassion and that includes Willamena.” Nicole has also expanded Max P. Productions mission into teaching children success through the art of appreciation. “I have learned through my own life experience that appreciation is key to the successes we experience in our lives and it ties in perfectly with compassion. Compassion, appreciation, success and joy go hand in hand.”
“Willamena the Rescue Mouse” is the delightful story about an adorable feeder mouse who's only hope of survival is to win the heart of the person who is about to feed her to a snake.
“My hope is for children and adults to fall in love with the playful curious mouse and that they walk away with an appreciation for all animals,” Nicole says.
When asked what is next for Max, “We are always expanding and growing into new areas. We have new characters like Willamena and Billy, Baboo and Herbie. All of which have a unique story to tell. We are excited about them all!”
