Rocky Top Hospitality Brings Seafood Concept to Cary as Dean’s Seafood Grill & Bar

Rocky Top Hospitality Opens Its Cary Newest Restaurant Offering Fresh and Unique Seafood Dining Experience.

Raleigh, NC, January 18, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality (http://www.rockytophospitality.com/), has announced that the company will open its newest restaurant concept, Dean’s Seafood Grill & Bar (http://www.deansseafoodgrill.com/), located at 1080 Darrington Drive in Cary, on Tuesday, Jan. 22. With a fresh and unique seaside-type dining experience, the restaurant will continue in the company’s commitment to supporting the local food economy whenever possible, while still by providing customers with only the freshest seafood ingredients.

Dean’s Seafood Grill & Bar’s menu highlights a variety of seafood specialties including pistachio encrusted salmon, pink peppercorn and coriander crusted tuna, pan-seared crab cakes, oysters Rockefeller, and a scallop and shrimp risotto. A portion of the menu is revised each week to reflect the latest catches and seafood availability, and offers guests a description of each fish, including where it was caught and pinpointing the exact boat it came from, as well as a glossary describing each dish’s accompaniment.

Rocky Top Hospitality opened its first restaurant in 1998 with Michael Dean’s Seafood Grill & Oyster Bar, which focused on casual American fare, fresh seafood and specialty dishes prepared from a unique wood-fired oven. Customers can expect a similar concept from Dean’s Seafood Grill & Bar, but will also be presented with an innovative menu that focuses on showcasing some of the best seafood from across the country, specialty oysters, top-notch beers, wines and cocktails. In addition, the restaurant’s indoor patio is expected to seat approximately 60 guests and will be an excellent venue for private group dining, business and rehearsal dinners, and more.

Quotes:
“I love the hospitality industry, but more than that, I love being able to offer the local community an innovative and fresh opportunity to experience one of America’s most beloved meals: seafood,” said Ogan. “Unless you have the luxury of living on the coast, it is not every day that you can drive down the street to indulge in seafood, which is why we are opening Dean’s Seafood Grill & Bar. With a menu selection that pulls fish from Hawaii, Maine, and our local North Carolina neighbors, Dean’s Seafood Grill & Bar is sure to highlight the freshest fish possible and make you feel as though you are dining right on the water.”
