WRBZ Sports Radio 850 The Buzz and WDNC 620 Announce Jingle Balls Annual Auction

Raleigh, NC, December 07, 2005 --(PR.com)-- WRBZ Sports Radio 850 The Buzz and WDNC 620 The Bull, the Triangle area’s leading sports talk radio stations, announced today that for the eighth year, Sports Radio 850 the Buzz will conduct its Jingle Balls campaign to benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of Raleigh/Durham. Joining in the charitable efforts of the Jingle Balls campaign this year will be Sports Radio 620 The Bull.

The Jingle Balls program this year will focus exclusively on an on-line auction of sport memorabilia. The auction includes over thirty items from all sports, including college and pro teams. The items will be offered on eBay from December 7th through 17th. All proceeds from this auction will benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Triangle. Some of the items in the auction include: an autographed Julius Peppers’ Carolina Panthers jersey, lunch with a Buzz Babe, a guest host opportunity on Sports Radio 850 The Buzz, an autographed Coach K basketball, a Tory & Terry Holt autographed football, a Kay Yow autographed basketball, and much more.
