In the session, which I am conducting with Jennifer Simpson of the Gladstone Companies (a successful acquirer of middle market businesses), we will provide a case study of CI’s role in the business due diligence process, engage attendees with a practical exercise involving a mock acquisition target company, and review best practices in working with external solutions providers for business due diligence.”
