Jenne, Inc. Captures Avaya Learning Award in Both "Highest Student Satisfaction" and "Highest Response Rate" Categories for Fourth Quarter in a Row

Avaya Learning Once Again Recognizes Jenne University for its Training Excellence as Value Added Distributor Sweeps Both Award Categories in 2012

Avon, ND, January 26, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Jenne, Inc., a leading value-added distributor of IP telephony, audio and video conferencing, unified communications, data networking and IT security products, announced that it has now received both the "Highest Student Satisfaction" and "Highest Reponse Rate" as part of the Avaya Learning Partner’s (ALP) Recognition Program for four quarters in a row. For Q4, Jenne was once again a recipient of Avaya Learning Partner awards for the U.S. region, marking four consecutive quarters for both categories.

The Avaya Learning “Highest Student Satisfaction Award" recognizes Jenne as having attained the highest level of satisfaction among students, while the "Highest Response Rate Award" refers to Jenne as having received the highest survey participation among students during Q4, 2012. ALS surveys are routinely used to rate quality of content, instructor, lab equipment and other important considerations.

Avaya rolled out the recognition program last year and its awards are based on data from Knowledge Advisors’ MTM (Metrics that Matter) tool and then compared with reports of distributed courseware kits from Avaya’s publishing vendor. Avaya Learning recognizes Learning Partners’ achievements across the globe each quarter.
