1-800-THE-LAW2 Launches Car Accident App for iPhone & Android Users

Los Angeles, CA, February 13, 2013 --( 1-800-THE-LAW2, the most powerful network of attorneys in California, today launched its all-new car accident mobile app for iPhone and Android users. This free, one-of-a-kind app guides drivers through all the steps that should be taken after a car accident. It is available now for download in the iTunes app store and at

1-800-THE-LAW2’s new car accident app offers a variety of life-saving features to help accident victims immediately after an accident and once they get home. The emergency services feature allows users to quickly identify their location and access the nearest police station, tow truck service, taxi, car repair shop and hospital.

“With the high rates of car accidents, we’re thrilled to launch this life-saving app,” said Maryann Walker, CEO of 1-800-THE-LAW2. “Our app ensures that car accident victims get the help they need right on the spot -- and also the legal help they need once they leave the scene of an accident, which is something most people don’t think about until it’s too late.”

The app’s “File an Accident Report” feature allows drivers and passengers to quickly file an accident report with critical information, including driver information and pictures of car damage, the accident scene and surrounding areas. Users can even record video and audio testimonies from witnesses. All of this information can be sent directly to 1-800-THE-LAW2 where an accident consultant will work to find victims a lawyer right away.

“What someone does in the first 15 minutes after a car accident is critical,” says Ron Joyal, Vice President of Operations at 1-800-THE-LAW2. “This is when emergency services should be called, when detailed information needs to be gathered, and when the drivers involved should call an attorney.”

While most people typically call their insurance company right after an accident, the attorneys at 1-800-THE-LAW2 can help car accident victims get substantially more compensation for damages and injuries. 1-800-THE-LAW2 has been connecting accident victims with great attorneys in California and Nevada for over 28 years.
