GMW Carolina and Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants End Area Development Agreement

Chapel Hill, NC, February 20, 2013 --(PR.com)-- GMW Carolina (GMWC) and Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants (DBRI) have agreed that GMWC will no longer serve as Area Developers for North Carolina. GMWC was the exclusive sales representative and front line support for Dickey’s NC Franchisees for the past three years. Greg Woloszczuk, President GMW Carolina, states "It has been an incredible experience helping Dickey's grow from a single location in Cary in 2007 to 12 restaurants spreading from Greenville to Asheville. Woloszczuk went on to say, "We are proud of what our company accomplished. We trained the opening teams in North Carolina working closely with the local owners to ensure brand consistency and excellent guest experiences."

GMW Carolina will continue to own and operate three Dickey’s locations in the Triangle; Downtown Raleigh, Durham, and Cary.
