Volunteers of America Selects SofTrek’s ClearVew CRM as Its Nonprofit Fundraising Software

Amherst, NY, March 02, 2013 --(PR.com)-- National human-services organization Volunteers of America has chosen ClearView CRM from SofTrek Corporation as its nonprofit fundraising software. Volunteers of America will use ClearView CRM’s donor relationship management, business intelligence and reporting, and operational tools to identify donor opportunities; deepen constituent relationships; fine-tune its fundraising activities; and develop accurate forecasts.

ClearView CRM will support Volunteers of America’s direct mail efforts from the organization’s national headquarters in Alexandria, Va., and support giving for local affiliates in cities throughout the United States.
