Fitness Podcaster Returns to Roots with "Interval Training RX" on iTunes

You can take the boy out of podcasting but you can't take podcasting out of the boy. For five years and over 175 episodes, Skip Orem was the producer and host of the Get Fit Pod fitness podcast. Over 200,000 listeners around the world have trained using Skip's fitness advice and coaching.

Nashville, TN, March 08, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Orem left podcasting two years ago to focus more attention on his day job as a professional voice-over artist recording educational and corporate narrations as well as online training programs. Thanks to the encouragement from former Get Fit Pod listeners and friends, Skip is back in the saddle, podcasting from Spotland Productions in Nashville, Tennessee.

Listeners will be pleased to hear Skip Orem's dulcet tones on his new podcast called Interval Training RX, freely available via iTunes, and at intervaltrainingrx.com. Each show is a structured interval training cardio workout. Orem relates that his podcast is a prescription for fast, entertaining, and effective heart rate training workouts.

Skip Orem says of his podcast, "Our Interval Training RX podcast episodes are designed to be quick, entertaining and fun, giving you a maximum-fat-burning, calories-deleting, endurance-building, heart-training workout."

Orem relocated his growing voice-over business "Skip's Voice" to Nashville last year. Two other Nashville voice-over artists, Christi Bowen and Lisa Hisscock are collaborating with Orem in the production of his new podcast. In addition to his home studio, Orem does some of his voice-over work at Spotland Productions Studio in Nashville. All episodes of the Interval Training RX podcast are recorded at Spotland.

In addition to running his own business and podcasting for those determined to get fit, Orem is a Premium member of Voices.com, the online marketplace that connects businesses with professional voice talent to tell their stories.
