Taft, CA, March 15, 2013 --(PR.com
)-- Taft Fox Theatre is having a sensory-friendly showing of the movie Oz the Great and Powerful on Saturday, March 16 at 3:00pm. With the lights up and the sound turned down, this showing is to help individuals with Autism, ADHD, and other sensory disorders, and their families enjoy a movie in an accepting environment.
These types of showings have been very successful in the past, providing a way for those with disorders to enjoy a movie with their family. Everyone gets something out of these showings.
The Fox Theatre in Taft has been providing these showings for the public since October 2012. Many have traveled from the Bakersfield area to attend these shows.
