K'icked! the Stories Behind Crowd Funding

Crowd funding has become very popular in recent years, and for good reason! It is a way for people to execute their creative endeavors. 'K'icked' is setting out to get an inside view of the popular crowd funding site, Kickstarter, and the projects it has made possible.

New York, NY, March 14, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Kickstarter?

In the last year, the K'icked team has heard the name so many times from tech friends or video pals, but never really knew what it was about. Finally, after discovering a nicely polished video that credited Kickstarter, it was time to explore the site. What was found was incredible! A vast collection of great ideas being pitched by great people, in all different genres of creativity. But what happens with these “Creators” and “Backers”, what comes next for them? How does Kickstarter deal with these projects? And even more importantly, Who is Kickstarter?

K'icked?

What does it mean to be K’icked? To the K'icked team, it means to have successfully funded and achieved a goal thanks to the help of Kickstarter. Everything from dreaming up an idea to delivering your new gadget or work of art to the world.

From the outside, Kickstarter seems like a straight forward exchange of ideas for funding, made possible only by mystical forces. The truth is, a successful project can be hard work.

K'icked will pursue the creators of past and current successful projects to find out what they have to share about their experiences. The plans are to visit a select few projects, giving an inside peek of their production line and team.

In order for this documentary to be seen, it has to be made; in order for it to be made, K'icked needs the public's help. But don't think the team isn't grateful. Contributing to K'icked comes with many unique rewards; for people who contribute 5 dollars to people to contribute 5000.

So come check out the K'icked project page and help spread the word.
