ACC Warranty Has Improved Benefits Package for 2013 to Include RV Return Services
ACC Warranty Benefits Package for 2013 has been improved to include RV Return Services in case an injury or illness leaves you unable to drive your RV yourself. The ACC Warranty RV Return Benefit will provide services and payments to include a professional driver, insurance and fuel to return your RV home, or to the the home of a family member in the event of your illness or injury.
Among these improvements to the ACC RV Warranty Program is the addition of an RV Return Service. The ACC Warranty RV Return Service Benefits will provide for the delivery of a professional driver, insurance and fuel to the customer's location in the event of an injury or illness which prevents the owner from driving the RV himself. The ACC RV Return Services will be on a sign-and-go basis with no out-of pocket expenses for the consumer. ACC's driver will deliver the motorhome to the home of the RV's owner or to the home of a family member.
The ACC RV Return Service Benefit is unique in today’s RV Extended Service Plan marketplace due to the fact that it is included at no extra charge for all ACC RV Warranty consumers who have enrolled after 03/10/2013. Prior ACC RV Warranty customers may add this benefit to their plan for a nominal fee.
According to Steve Burgess, of ACC Warranty, the ACC RV Warranty program now provides the most extensive value-added benefits package of any RV service plan available today. Other Key Benefits of the plan include 24-hour mobile service dispatch throughout the US and Canada, Unlimited RV Towing and RV Road service as well as towing and road service for any other vehicles the ACC customer may be towing, driving or riding at this time. Tire Protection coverage, Trip Interruption benefits and many others which can be seen under the "Additional Benefits" page of the ACC RV website at www.accrvextendedwarranty.com.
According to Burgess, "The combination of ACC's extensive RV Warranty coverage availability for older and higher mile coaches along with ACC's RV Parts Department Mobile RV Service Trucks throughout the country positions ACC as the clear leader in the motorhome extended service arena. 2013 is bringing many changes to ACC - we have added new staff, invested in new technology, expanded our call centers and improved internal processes to improve communicationst."
According to the RVIA, the current average labor rate for RV repairs is $120 per hour at dealerships and $100 per hour at repair facilities. With the current economy, more and more consumers are putting off trading for a new RV and are now out of factory warranty coverage while also experiencing higher than normal repair costs due to the increase in labor costs.
“An extended service plan ensures years of trouble-free RV ownership without the fear of unexpected repair costs,” said Steve Burgess of ACC. “Consumers who maintain extended warranty coverage are able to assign a Fixed-Cost to RV Repairs which would otherwise be an unknown and are also proven to enjoy a better RV ownership experience.”
