New York, NY, March 22, 2013 --(PR.com
)-- Alpha Highways is the compelling real-life adventure story when an idealistic youth incurs a series of eye-opening wake-up calls, on route to realizing an epic sojourn from Canada to Tierra del Fuego, Chile and back again.
One life to live
With only one life to live, one wishes to engender as much passion into the gift of living as is humanly possible.
So it has always been and will always be, with youthful endeavor and freethinking sprits, and to this end comes a tale of great courage and destiny.
When an opportunity arises to explore the last of the new age lost world continents, Keith Stewart is flabbergasted, and at the same time elated beyond words description.
He and his best friend, and benefactor Donald McKinnon, proceed to explore a series of life changing events, that cause the author to revisit the same strange continent again a scant three years later, this time alone, vulnerable, and in the greatest of danger.
Travel writing, beat poem, personal memoir, bildungsroman: Alpha Highways is all of these and more, and a read unlike any readers will have encountered before.
Alpha Highways is available in both print and ebook formats.
