The International festival is one of the most anticipated events of the year at the Dale Mabry Campus. This is the 16th year for the event and it promises to be one of the best ever.

The opening ceremony features a grand Parade of the Nations flag display with students wearing traditional costumes while showcasing their native flags. There will be cultural displays and informational booths highlighting countries from around the globe.

There will be cultural quizzes, international crafts, games and activities. The day's soundtrack includes DJ Richard Scally from WMNF's The Energy Bar Radio Show, playing music from around the world. Student dance performances will also take place throughout the day.

There will be food sampling stations featuring dishes from Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. Visitors to the festival can earn trips to sample food by obtaining an event passport and visiting five countries. At each country, they may be asked to play a game of skill, answer a lightning quiz about the country, or participate in a traditional craft.

The event is free and open to the public. It is coordinated by students and faculty of the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and sponsored by the Dale Mabry Campus Student Government Association.
