RL Policar, a graduate of the University of Phoenix, with a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology is accompanied with years of experience in web and business management. Mr. Policar most recently occupied a position with a responsibility of Marketing Manager and Business Development with a leading network of bicycling websites based out of Fullerton, Ca. He also served as the Marketing Director for an online government auctions directory company located in Fountain Valley Ca.
