ADOit: Community Edition on the Rise

The BOC Group will soon be releasing a free community edition of their flagship enterprise architecture tool ADOit.

London, United Kingdom, March 30, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The BOC Group, leader in IT based management solutions, announced earlier this morning that they will soon be releasing a free community edition of their flagship enterprise architecture tool ADOit.

Following the lead of ADONIS:Community Edition, the free version of BOC’s leading BPM tool, ADOit:Community Edition will soon be available to download free of charge. EA buyers, consultants, alumni and students can all download ADOit:CE to help them become familiar with the many features of the tool and start their EA programme at no expense.

“We’d like to engage people in enterprise transformation and help make it work. We want to inspire people to share thoughts about EA, and help spread their ideas in the EA community,” said Christoph Moser, Product Manager of ADOit.

On the ADOit:CE website (www.adoit-community.com), users can find information about how to download and quickly set up ADOit. They can join the ADOit:CE forum on LinkedIn to ask questions and discuss topical EA matters with other professionals and BOC consultants.

“The idea was to inspire people to leave their footprint in their company or organisation,” said Franz Bayer, CEO of the BOC Group. He added, “Many EA programmes fail because of the lack of motivation and value proposition. We believe that gaining buy-in from each and every stakeholder is imperative to the success of EA programmes.”

Users can go to the ADOit:CE website to find an extensive list of the many features that ADOit:CE has to offer. Users can also find a comparison between ADOit:CE and ADOit professional edition, with insight into the many features, application scenarios and other benefits the professional edition has to offer.

Should users find working with ADOit:CE a pleasure, they can purchase the professional edition, simply import the repository of models already created in ADOit:CE and continue to build on their work.
