Flash Global Logistics Appoints Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Mountain Lakes, NJ, April 06, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Flash Global Logistics (Flash), a global aftermarket 3PL service provider for mission critical service parts and products logistics, has appointed Sam Mikles as Chief Operating Officer and Gregory Castello as Chief Financial Officer, announced CEO Jim Van Leenen.

Prior to joining Flash, Mikles was responsible for global service operations at EMC’s BRS (Back-up Recovery Systems) Division. At EMC, and at prior hi-tech companies, including Blue Coat Systems, Applied Materials and Hitachi Data Systems, he was known for his passionate and dedicated leadership as well as his ability to achieve sustainable results.

Castello served as Vice President, Finance at ITG Investment Research, Inc. before joining the Flash team. He was responsible for all financial and administrative activities for this data driven venture-backed equity research firm. With a reputation for strong financial leadership, Greg has achieved success building, managing, and providing strategic and tactical financial direction for a variety of companies including Vaultus Mobile Technologies and Zephyr Communications.
