Board of Woodlake Commodity Solutions Convene to Discuss 2013 Direction

The Board of Directors of Woodlake Commodity Solutions convened last week to discuss the firm’s direction for the next quarters of 2013.

London, United Kingdom, April 06, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Part of the agenda is the project planning conference set to be joined by all division, regional, and corporate heads. “We need to be more assertive on the planning process. The people involved in project development and investment plans as well as the Board of Woodlake Commodity Solutions believe that conscientious planning is decisive to project achievements. We would want our projects to meet their target in terms of cost, schedule, scope, and business goals,” shared Julia McPherson, Associate Liaison for Corporate Affairs.

It is noted that the success rate of almost all projects and investment endeavors of the firm has been commendable. Almost all auxiliaries have managed to meet their deliverables within budget, timelines, and smooth transitions from completion to implementation. “It is uplifting to see that our firm is led by very capable and passionate professionals. It gives the workforce a sense of stability and assurance that the company is taking a well-planned and thought of direction,” says Paula Henderson, HR Assistant Head.

New projects and investment endeavors would mean possible promotions, cross-training, and better opportunities for personnel to be tapped and repositioned or maintained. Depending on the involvedness of the investment or project, many will benefit in terms of career movement, technical skills development, and / or possible financial benefits. “At this point, possible contingencies will be mapped out, interrelated parts of the project will be connected, and responsibilities will be distributed all with the hope that we get positive results by the end of the year,” Julia McPherson added.
