GreenCare Partners with Keep Collier Beautiful

Naples, FL, April 20, 2013 --( GreenCare president and founder, Gordon Vanscoy, announced at a recent check presentation that his company has formed a sponsoring partnership with Keep Collier Beautiful.

The Keep Collier Beautiful (KCB) mission is to encourage individuals to take greater responsibility for their environment. The organization is a certified affiliate of Keep America Beautiful and has been in existence since 1996 as a not-for profit organization.

Vanscoy and partner, Paul Long, along with Keep Collier Beautiful, have plans to offer community seminars on friendly environmental approaches to lawn beautification and pest control as well as instruction on creating green-space habitats in backyards around Collier County.

“KCB works in the local communities throughout Collier County with projects and programs, such as Bay Days Cleanup every April, Coastal Cleanup every September and a Calendar Art Contest every year,” says Vanscoy. “We wanted to be affiliated with a group that cares about the environment as much as we do.”

The annual Bay Days and Coastal Cleanup events have attracted thousands of volunteers over the years and have collected tons of litter and debris from area waterways and access points to the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, Keep Collier Beautiful promotes and organizes Adopt-a-Canal, Adopt-a-Shore, Clean Builder Programs and various other programs. To learn more visit
