D & R Fast Fuse, LLC, Begins Work in North Dakota with Fast Fusion's Trac 12 Machine

D & R Fast Fuse, LLC, an Oklahoma based company, recently began working with construction contractors in the North Dakota and Montana region. The company utilizes Fast Fusion technology to help save their customers time and money. The Trac 12 machine is equipped with a the patented Cool Pack, which speeds up the process of fusing poly pipe, used in natural gas gathering, water and sewer lines, irrigation, geothermal, land drainage and more. 50-100% more welds can be fused using this technology.

Williston, ND, April 21, 2013 --(PR.com)-- In March, D & R Fast Fuse, LLC, performed it’s job in North Dakota by fusing over 3000’ of polyethylene pipe for Circle K of Arkansas. Their next project was located in Culbertson, Montana with a 13,000’ fusion project for Massey McCollum. Fast Fusion's Automated Mobile Fusion Technology was a recipient of the 2006 NOVA Award. The D & R Fast Fuse, LLC team was trained at High Country Fusion in Dickinson, North Dakota.

D & R Fast Fuse, LLC is excited to be working with the companies in the oil and gas fields and is looking forward to working with other municipalities in other industries. The fast fusion process has numerous applications, from gas gathering to potable water and sewer lines. The fusion of polyethylene pipe is considered a superior choice due to the durability and flexibility of HDPE (High Density Poly Ethylene). It is virtually corrosion proof and chemical resistant.

D & R Fast Fuse, LLC is available for your projects without the need to wait for weeks to get started. Our team is ready to get to work for you. D & R Fast Fuse, LLC’s owner, DeWayne Oliver, states that the advantage of using the Trac 12 machine over the traditional fusion machines, is the speed at which the project can be completed. Depending on the size of the poly pipe, 50 – 100% more welds can be completed in the same timeframe. This equates to less expense to the contractor. Instead of spending costly manhours fusing pipe, the contractor can accomplish other tasks while D & R Fast Fuse, LLC takes care of the fusion welds. In most cases, not only is money saved by decreasing project completion time, but the cost per foot is less expensive.

According to a previous press release from Fast Fusion, LLC, these innovations of Fast Fusion have been proven to improve efficiencies on pipeline projects with 50% plus more production per day and cost reductions per ft. of 50% -80%. The improvements of the process has significantly improved margins, decreased costs and reduced entire project timelines producing substantial benefits for both the equipment owners and their pipeline customers.
