Dallas, TX, April 25, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Pittsburgh’s first mobile talk show, TALKPGH, kicked off a month-long campaign touring the city in a glass wall truck provided by Bulldog Mobile Billboards. Over 20 days, the truck was driven through 90 neighborhoods to interview residents for their feedback on the city.

TALKPGH used a glass wall truck as the mobile studio for this experiential campaign. The truck was set-up like a traditional talk show set, with a couch and decorations for the host and guests. Inside the glass truck there were also power lighting and a video camera manned with a professional, which lent to the feeling of being on an authentic talk show.

The glass truck traveled to at least five neighborhoods a day, hoping to reach as many people as possible. Anyone interested in being a guest on the mobile talk show was encouraged to set an appointment in advance, as slots were quickly filled. Residents from the 90 neighborhoods around Pittsburgh were interviewed about their likes and dislikes, as well as areas they hoped to see change and growth.

TALKPGH was launched as an outreach initiative in part of the city’s comprehensive plan for growth over 25 years. As part of a continued outreach, all videos and interviews will be compiled and made available online for viewing and sharing, as well as in special feature presentations throughout the city. TALKPGH wraps up this week after a successful 20-day run throughout the city of Pittsburgh.
