He will be responsible for identifying, researching and resolving technical problems with Autodesk products for our customers. Using his troubleshooting and communication skills, he will ensure technical problems are analyzed, documented and resolved; creating an outstanding client experience.
Josh’s technical skills include Windows 7, Linux, OSX, ACSR, ICOMS, Nortel PSP and Cedar Point, to name a few.
