Professional Basketball Try-Outs Being Held in Miami

Miami, FL, April 27, 2013 --(PR.com)-- New Professional Basketball League, UMBA fostered by the music and entertainment greats has partnered with Miami's own Carlos Alamilla of the Miami All-stars, to host its first round of open basketball tryouts for males ages 18-40 as it prepares for its history making inaugural 2014 season.

The Florida team is called South Beach Sharks. The South Beach Sharks are excited to invite all of Florida's entertainers, celebrities and business owners to get a glimpse of the choosing of the first 30 players that may represent the State of Florida. This event will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 4:30 PM and will be video recorded for reality television.

The tryouts will be held at Jose Marti Park 362 S.W. 4th Avenue Miami, Florida and will also feature a release of the UMBA’s first hip hop album entitled “Shoot Dat” and the release of the league’s first single “UMBA” performed by the hot new artist Karma B Flame a popular female rapper from Jacksonville, Florida.

The South Beach Sharks are scheduled to play 20 home games throughout several different cities in Florida including Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, West Palm Beach. The South Beach Sharks are asking everyone from Florida to show their team support now by purchasing a t-shirt and logging on their website at www.southbeachsharks.com and take the guarantee ticket pledge to ensure they bring you the best players and entertainers throughout our 2014 historic season.
