Rocky Top Hospitality Announces Grand Opening of 1705Prime Chophouse

Raleigh, NC, August 17, 2007 --( Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality, has announced the grand opening of 1705Prime Chophouse and Events, a steakhouse and catering facility located at 1705 E. Millbrook Road. 1705Prime features a 300-bottle wine list, as well as USDA Prime beef dry-aged in house and cooked over 1,000 degrees of North Carolina hickory.
