Mulinder has over 25 years of experience managing global sales, marketing and operations within the technology industry, much of which is directly relevant to PC Helps.
“Austen brings extensive and very relevant experience to our board of directors,” said Brian Madocks, CEO of PC Helps. “His direct background in our industry and with Microsoft in particular brings a unique and valuable perspective to our company.”
Mulinder is currently the president and CEO of Ziosk, formerly known as Table Top Media. Prior to Ziosk, he worked in a number of different capacities with Microsoft, including corporate vice president for the Communications Sector, where he led strategy, sales and marketing of Microsoft services and solutions, and vice president of worldwide Enterprise Sales for Microsoft, where he was responsible for Global Accounts and Specialist Sales.

Prior to his work at Microsoft, Mulinder served as president and CEO of Fujitsu Transaction Solutions Inc, a wholly owned Fujitsu company. During his tenure there, he led the company’s development into a market force in retail store solutions, attaining the preeminent position on the Gartner Magic Quadrant for POS providers.
