)-- On Feb. 20, 2013, at 4:30 p.m. Premier Garage Condos is breaking ground on Northern Alberta’s first garage condominium project. It is a seven million dollar development in Spruce Grove. The ceremony will be indoors at the Elks Hall with photo opportunities at the site afterwards.

This development also breaks ground in other ways, namely it is the first project of its kind in Northern Alberta. These are unique garage condos and only the fifth such project in all of Canada.
The condos are a commercial/residential hybrid as they combine the benefits of a commercial bay with the executive style of a residential purchase. The condos are designed for car enthusiasts as well as RV owners or just someone looking for a place to create their very own personalized “man cave.”
