This development also breaks ground in other ways, namely it is the first project of its kind in Northern Alberta. These are unique garage condos and only the fifth such project in all of Canada.

The condos are a commercial/residential hybrid as they combine the benefits of a commercial bay with the executive style of a residential purchase. The condos are designed for car enthusiasts as well as RV owners or just someone looking for a place to create their very own personalized “man cave.”

“This community is designed for the discerning buyer who is looking for an investment opportunity as well as a whole new style of living,” says project developer Paul Reynolds. “It’s a style of living they won’t be able to find anywhere else.”

Phase one of the development consists of 21 units and a clubhouse. The clubhouse is available to condo unit owners for entertainment and meeting space. It includes a kitchen area, shower, wifi, jukebox, big screen TV. Owners can plan meetings, motor sport events or book for private parties. The site also provides a sani-dump as well as a car wash area.

The units range in size from 800 sq/ft to 1575 sq/ft and are fully customizable, with the ability to accommodate a mezzanine for hobbies or entertainment as well as a washroom.
