Time Warner Cable Turns Home Into IntelligentHome on Designing Spaces on Lifetime TV

In the segment, “Embracing the Connected Living Space,” Brent Ussery from Time Warner Cable will show viewers how the system works in his own home.

Pompano Beach, FL, May 18, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Time Warner Cable will be featured on Designing Spaces™, the popular home improvement show on Lifetime Television, to showcase their IntelligentHome system on Thursday, May 23rd at 7:30 am (ET/PT) as part of an “Innovations for Today’s Digital Home” series.

IntelligentHome is Time Warner Cable’s new home management system that provides security, automation and energy management. The easy-to-use wireless system gives homeowners remote access to not only control their home security settings, lighting and thermostats, but also view live video of their home from a PC or mobile device.

In the segment “Embracing the Connected Living Space”, the Designing Spaces crew travels to the home of Brent Ussery, Regional Director for Time Warner Cable, where he shows viewers how the IntelligentHome system works in his own busy household.

“We are excited to be working with Designing Spaces to showcase how IntelligentHome gives homeowners control like never before. Whether it’s adjusting the thermostat or lights while you’re away on vacation or making sure your child arrived home safe from school, IntelligentHome provides a new way to stay connected to home and the things that matter most,” said Adam Mayer, VP of Time Warner Cable IntelligentHome.
