Dallas Veteran Non-Profit Sends Disaster Relief Team to Oklahoma Tornado Victims

Dallas, TX, May 23, 2013 --(PR.com)-- In response to the disaster in Oklahoma, Honor Courage Commitment, Inc. will be sending a team to Moore and OKC this afternoon to aid in the search-and-rescue, and cleanup efforts of the affected areas.

HCC is a local non-profit that recruits, educates, mentors, and guides transitioning military veterans into becoming socially responsible entrepreneurs and community leaders. President of HCC Andy Nguyen said, “Although HCC’s core mission is to create veteran entrepreneurs, it’s important that we maintain a quick reaction force to disasters like this. Veteran skills and talent go a long way.”

Several rescues have already been made, but authorities believe that there may be more victims that have not yet been located. The affected communities are remaining hopeful that they will be able to find all missing survivors, and teams like HCC are ready to assist as needed.

You can help the Oklahoma tornado victims by donating supplies at HCC’s new location, or by making a monetary donation.
