Lynnwood, WA, May 24, 2013 --(PR.com
)-- Lynnwood Bowl & Skate has just announced that they will be hosting a new summer camp throughout July and August. The venue’s summer camp will be the ideal opportunity for children ages 7-to-12 to learn basic bowling and roller skating techniques from instructors with years of teaching experience. Parents who sign their children up for the summer camp event before June 1 will receive a 10% discount.
With the summer months fast approaching, parents across Lynnwood, Edmonds and Mountlake Terrace are searching for fun, engaging activities for their children. The activities of bowling and roller skating are a great choice for young children for a multitude of reasons. The primary advantage to these activities is that they will give the child the opportunity to play with their peers while gaining physical exercise in a fun environment.
The new summer camp offered by Lynnwood Bowl & Skate will be held in two sessions: July on 10, 17, 24 and 31 and in August on the 7, 14, 21 and 28. Daily schedules for the summer camp begin with skating lessons with the Lynnwood Bowl & Skate instructors. Children will then enjoy an hour of open skating while supervised. At 12:30pm each day, lunch, which is built into the cost of the summer program, will be served. The afternoon’s activities then begin with bowling lessons from 1:30pm to 2:30pm. And the day concludes with an open bowling session in which children can practice the techniques they’ve learned that day. It’s the fun, active experience that children will love during the summer.
The full cost of the program is $195+tax for the four weeks of weekly activities. However, proactive parents can take advantage of a 10% price discount by signing their child up before June 1.
