SkinnyTeaUSA™ Issues Apologies to Customers and Puts a Hold on Shipping Until July 1st 2013
Miami Beach, FL, June 06, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Due to the quantity of last minute orders placed for the Memorial Day special, SkinnyTeaUSA™ (skinnytea.us) a US based company, ran out of regular pouches and brochures. Smaller pouches designated for free samples as well as inadequate stickers were used for some orders to honor the promised shipping date of June 1st, 2013. A new shipping schedule is set to kick off July 1st 2013.
SkinnyTeaUSA™ wants to apologize to the customers potentially dissatisfied with the packaging presentation on their recent orders. As a company that wants to be known for it world-class customer service, the choice had to be made to forgo aesthetics in favor of honoring shipping commitments. The less appealing free sample packaging had to be unfortunately used for some orders.
While the substitute bags are FDA approved grade and none of the products net weights were altered, SkinnyTeaUSA™ wants to remind customers that the only 30 day refund policy in the weight loss tea industry is still in effect and that they are encouraged to return any packaging which falls below their expectations for a full refund or replacement.
SkinnyTeaUSA™ is also putting a hold on shipping until July 1st 2013 to better prepare for future demand. Orders are still being accepted but inventories for all products except the free samples will be capped at 1000 each. The Free Samples, containing 1 Cleansing Blend teabag are capped at a maximum of 2 per customer.
