Environmental Shopping – Good To Green Announces Crowdfunding Campaign

Seattle, Washington based environmental portal Good To Green launches crowdfunding campaign.

Seattle, WA, June 06, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Good to Green and CEO Sonja Price recently launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise a minimum of $50,000 to expand conscious consumerism into a national phenomenon. The crowdfunding campaign will run until June 21st, 2013.

Good to Green is a cash back rewards shopping site focused on environmental shopping. Good to Green promotes environmentally responsible consumerism and aims to build demand of environmentally friendly products and green manufacturing practices. Members sign up for a free account, and can start earning cash back by shopping through pre-vetted environmentally friendly retailers.

In addition to promoting businesses committed to renewable resources and reduced waste, Good To Green highlights the use of safe materials and fair wages.

The crowdfunding campaign is hosted on the fundraising site Indiegogo and contains a video message from Ms. Price. Contributions range from $5-$5000. Every donation receives a correlative reward, ranging from e-books on living green, to having a tree planted in your honor, to a sustainable career makeover.

During the campaign, Good To Green is also offering many free educational resources including weekly webinars featuring an assortment of experts in sustainability and other environmental fields.
