D'Ann has made a career of being a Licensed Customs Broker in several different cities across the USA, but has lived and worked primarily in New Mexico for the last decade.

Years ago there were many other customs brokers operating in Albuquerque, but one by one they have all closed their offices and only work remotely or by hiring contractors to help them out.
