Local Photographer/Artist Presents $2,000 Check to Autism Project of Palm Beach County

Jupiter, FL, June 08, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Rhea Lewis, a local photographer and artist in the Jupiter/Tequesta area, presented a $2,000 check to the Autism Project of Palm Beach County on behalf of the Little Angels of Hope Calendar she organizes each year. The check presentation was done at the site of the Little Angels of Hope photography sessions- Forever Young Consignment. Richard Busto and Pam Minelli of the Autism Project of Palm Beach County were there to receive the check, accompanied by Rhea Lewis (Rhea Lewis Photography) and Kim Robbins (Forever Young Consigment). These funds represent a years’ worth of effort on behalf of Rhea Lewis and the local community. Last September, parents from around the Palm Beach County area attended photography sessions at Forever Young Consignment to have their babies photographed for the calendar. Rhea published the calendar last November and began collecting funds from parents and local businesses to raise money for the Autism Project of the Palm Beach County. Richard Busto, representative of the Autism Project of the Palm Beach County was grateful to receive the funds, stating “it's wonderful when local business owners like Rhea use their talent and creativity to support charities right here in our county.” Rhea Lewis, organizer of the Little Angels of Hope Calendar, is glad to be able to give back saying “it feels really good to be able to give back to the local community that has been supporting me and my family and have helped me to create the successful business that I enjoy today, this is just one way I can give something back the best way I know how.”

The Little Angels of Hope Calendar features babies in their simply natural way of being hopeful in a beautiful, simple, heart-tugging angel-clad 18-month calendar. The Hope Calendar does more than inspire “hope” – by raising funds for family friendly charities it turns hope into reality. With the tremendous support of local businesses and some very generous individual people, The Little Angels of Hope Calendar will continue on this year and a new charity will be chosen. Those interested in having their newborn to one year old children featured in the calendar can join in on the photography sessions September 13th-15th at Forever Young Consignment store, 150 North US Highway 1, Tequesta, Fl 33469. Registration for these photography sessions can be done at www.littleangelsofhope.com.
