Texas Instruments Helps Boys & Girls Club Kids with Homework on Designing Spaces™ on Lifetime TV

Pompano Beach, FL, June 08, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Texas Instruments, Inc. will make their appearance on the popular home improvement show Designing Spaces™ on Lifetime TV to help the children at a local Boys & Girls Club improve their math and science skills with TI-Nspire™ products. The episode airs on Wednesday, June 12th at 7:30 am (ET/PT) as part of the “Designing Spaces of Hope – Building Bright Futures series.”

Melendy Lovett, President, Texas Instrument Education Technology joins the show to bring TI educational tools to the children at the Boys & Girls Club of Broward County, one of the largest in the nation. Texas Instruments sets up a TI-Nspire™ Learning Lab at the facility and outfits the lab with TI-NSpire™ graphics calculators, computer software and ipad apps to help the students engage in learning as well as improve their math and science skills.
