)-- As a part of ima’s Development Services, ima hosted an educational seminar for 23 Chinese Delegates at the request of Orange County’s Chief of Protocol Joanne Sokolski. The presentation introduced the Delegates to the current trends in principals of planning, (a) project vision, project best practices and approaches to development. It also included targeted market identification, the importance of sustainability, and concluded with ima’s experience on how foreign firms best collaborate with Chinese Design Institutions.
Senior Associate Glenn Ho led most of the presentation in Mandarin communicating principles that have helped ima be successful in China, specifically in Nansha, Shanghai, Shenyang, Hong Kong, Qionghai, Chengdu, Wuhan, and Pinggu.
