The CO-OP Entertainment, Behind It All, and the TC Wallace Foundation Join Forces to Host This Year’s Red Hot, White Summer Benefit Concert.

Washington, DC, DC, June 20, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Red Hot White Summer Benefit Concert is sponsored by the Washington Hilton and WHUR 96.3 FM, and coordinated by The CO-OP Entertainment and Behind It All, with generous support from the TC Wallace Foundation. It will be held at the Washington Hilton in the International Ballroom East on Saturday, July 13, 2013, at 9pm, the week of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority’s 51st National Convention.

The Red Hot White Summer Benefit Concert, hosted by R&B Singer April Sampe, includes live music and entertainment by DJ Lucky, hor’dourves and open bar for their VIP guests, giveaways and prizes, and special music performances by Black Alley and Konshens (theMC) and His State of Mind. “WHUR is happy to partner with the TC Wallace Foundation in its efforts to raise much needed funds and awareness in the fight against HIV/AIDS,” said WHUR General Manager Jim Watkins. Accordingly, the theme for our benefit concert is Red Hot, White Summer, and proceeds will be donated to the TC Wallace Foundation to support its AIDS/HIV awareness program for youth, Love Is Red.
